Join Raincoast Conservation Foundation, the North Shore Black Bear Society, Artists for Conservation, and Capilano University faculty & students as we launch the world’s first International Bear Day!
Family Fun Day Program 12 – 4pm, Cedar Building & Library Courtyard
Bring the family for displays, face painting, story telling, photography, art, a bear safety workshop, music by B.E.A.R., and guided walk. Meet those working on bear research and conservation.
Evening program 6.30-9.30pm – Bear conservation presentations, Blue Shore Theatre, Birch Bldg.
