April 24 @ 7:15 pm 8:30 pm

Free

North Shore libraries are planning the FREE North Shore Writers Festival, which will take place this year from April 24-26 at Lynn Valley Library. Our fantastic lineup of presentations and workshops are free to the community.

This includes Reporting on the Environment: Steph Kwetásel’wet Wood and Anne Shibata Casselman in conversation with Laura Lynch on Thursday, April 24.

“At a pivotal moment for both the environmental and media landscape, journalists play a crucial role in keeping the public informed about climate change. In this timely event, award-winning journalists Steph Kwetásel’wet Wood (The Narwhal) and Anne Shibata Casselman (Maclean’s, The Walrus, National Geographic) will sit down with the Laura Lynch (CBC) and discuss their experiences reporting on the natural world.”

Registration is now open! Please visit: https://nswritersfestival.eventbrite.com/ to view all events and register.
