Raincoast releases report on BC’s cougars

Predictive Marine Mammal Modeling for Queen Charlotte Basin, British Columbia.

Between 2004 and 2008 Raincoast conservation Foundation conducted marine surveys of cetaceans, pinnipeds and seabirds. Predictive Marine Mammal Modeling for Queen Charlotte Basin, British Columbia was analysis completed by Duke University’s Geospatial Ecology Lab in 2009.

Abstract

A two-day workshop was convened October 8-9, 2008 to review and synthesize sediment core studies conducted in sockeye salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka) nursery lakes in British Columbia, Alaska, and the northwest United States.
